'Kay, well, I don't normally get on dA anymore, but the website blocks at school are down and I was bored, so...

I've been attending a technical school since February of this year. Been learning 3D graphics, but unfortunatly there's only two students, myself included. But we share the room with the Architectural (sp?) and Mechanical Drafting students, so it's not lonely. xD

A 3D animation competition was held at our school a few weeks ago (along with many other competitions, but my classmate and I only watched the 3D animation one). About 5 hours of watching people work...we were the judge's assistants and the most we did was go get lunch. o_o Go figure. Anyway, my classmate had to leave early to catch the bus but I stayed and got to help the judge...judge. So that was cool.

I'll be going to prom, May...23rd, I believe. I need to change the page on my calendar at home. Yup. Got a date. I was actually asked, and glad I was, since I was homeschooled (and graduated early, btw) and didn't get a prom. I've got my dress (it's a long black gown), so now all I gotta do is get a necklace, get my nails and hair done, and yeah. Shabam.

Currently sick. And God I hope it passes quickly. It's not so bad, it's just my nose is running a teensy bit, my throat is sore, and I'm starting to sound nasal. Which is NOT cool when you've got a boyfriend. Seriously. Luckily, school lets out early today, but I'm going to leave even earlier because I'm sick.

I seriously need to update my gallery soon. I'm a lot better now than how I was back when I last updated my gallery in bulk. Not doing that again, though. I apologize for all those crappy submissions. The 40+ per day for two days. xD
I'll also submit some pictures of my work in 3D. I really want to get back to modeling (maybe I should just do it at home...but that's when I game D= ), but currently I'm working on bone structures so I can learn animating next (I should've been doing that by now actually...). I find it ironic though that I came to this class to learn modeling, and it's like mostly based on the animating part. I guess that's what I get since the class is called "3D Animation"...but hey, whatever. I love my classmates and teachers. xD The class is fun. I was so stressed out on the first day, though. I was afraid things would be too strict and/or the homework would be bad...but things are really lax here and there isn't any homework at all. o.o

Anyway, it's almost 9:40am, I leave at 11, so I'm gonna try to get -something- accomplished.
